Ethmia quadrillella is a moth from the family Ethmiidae, found in Eurasia.
The wingspan of the moth ranges from 15–19 mm. The flight time ranges from May to mid September in one or two generations.
The host plants are comfrey, forget-me-not and Pulmonaria officinalis.
Three subspecies have been described:
- E. q. quadrillela – northern populations
- E. q. canuisella – southwestern populations (southern France, Italy)
- E. q. luctuosella – Asia Minor
